Terms and conditions
- All rates applies to accomodations based on 2 persons and expressed in Mexican Pesos;
- Rates include all taxes;
- Children admission rate free up to 12 years old;
Payments policy
- Payment of 1 night in advance to confirm booking is required;
- Remainder will be paid at the end of check-in process;
- We accept payments in US Dollars, Canadian Dollars and Euros;
- Cancellations must be confirmed up to 10 days before check-in date in order to get back full advance;
- 1 day rate penalization will be applied for all cancellations received less than 10 days before check-in date.
